I love my apartment for several reasons. First off, it is very close to the Law School so I save a lot of gas money by walking the block and a half to school. Second, I love that everything in the apartment is new, the cabinets, the floors, the doors, windows, it makes maintaining a clean place really easy. Also I love that Brett and Stacey are so helpful, whenever there is a problem thay are quick to resolve it and are available all the time, best landlords I have ever had! I hope to live here during my entire law school career.

The apartments are fantastic! They are very spacious, clean, and updated. Every time friends come over I’m told that these are the nicest apartments they’ve seen throughout Valpo! You can’t beat the kitchen with more than enough storage space as well as new appliances! Most importantly, Brett and Stacy are extremely accommodating and willing to assist in any way possible.
I spent a lot of time on my apartment search in Valpo, and I can guarantee that you will not find a nicer place to live. The apartments are centrally located to wherever you may need to go—walking distance from the Law School, undergrad campus, and downtown Valpo…and only a short drive to grocery stores and everything else you might need!

College Avenue Apartments offer several positives for a law student moving to Valparaiso. All the buildings are in great locations within walking distance of the law school. The utility bills are very reasonable and since the buildings are smaller, you can share an internet connection with your neighbors. The apartments are also newer than most in the area with spacious rooms, new appliances, Pergo floors, and storage units for each apartment. They are a great home away from home!

It has been a pleasure renting at College Avenue Apartments. The community atmosphere and close proximity to university facilities has helped to make my experience at Valparaiso University School of Law a most enjoyable one. Repairs and maintenance of the building and grounds has been superb. The pleasant manner and friendly attitude Stacy and Brett have shown me has helped to alleviate the homesick feelings which come with being away from family and friends. During my stay with College Avenue Apartments I have enjoyed many luxuries that other residencies fail to offer. From the moment I moved in, I was warmly greeted by neighbors, and the Postal employee that would deliver my mail day to day. The quiet neighborhood also proved to be a conducive environment for my graduate studies. Only a few minutes away from the Valparaiso University campus, The College Avenue Apartments are close enough to walk to school on nice days, thus cutting down the money spent on gas. Overall, I have thoroughly been enjoying the time spent here at College Avenue Apartments and would highly recommend them to all.
